Before you have your baby we will meet to get to know one another, to discuss the details of the steam plan and to answer any questions you may have. The postpartum steaming usually starts on day 2 or 3 postpartum and is then performed each day for 30 days. During the 30 days you have full access to one of our handcrafted steam saunas as well as a custom blend of herbs and full guidance on how to perform the steam. For the first 5 days I come to your home to prepare the herbs and guide you through the steaming (allow approximately 1 hour). For the remainder of the postpartum vaginal steaming plan I am available for support by phone or email whenever needed. Additional in person sessions can always be added on at any time.
