A 1 hour vaginal steam session including consultation, 10-30 minute steam and health plan to take away with you. We spend the first 30 minutes discussing your current menstrual health and any issues you may be experiencing. I will explain how the steam session will work and answer any questions you may have. The steam session itself lasts between 10 and 30 minutes depending on your menstrual cycle and any symptoms present. You will be given a health plan to take away with you.
